Shipping policy

Delivery

Please note that we currently only deliver within mainland United Kingdom.

We require that you are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of the same upon request.

Order processing and delivery

Orders processed and dispatched within 7 working days unless otherwise requested. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you placed your order. Please indicate your preferred delivery date when you order, and we will do our best to fulfil this, although we cannot guarantee the date.

Orders will be sent via courier. A person over the age of 18 must be available to sign for the goods, unless you tell us otherwise in the delivery instructions.

In all cases we will inform you by email when the goods have been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving this email please contact our Brewery Shop team at info@bewdleybrewery.co.uk

Faulty or damaged items

If there is a problem with the goods, please email our Brewery Shop team at info@bewdleybrewery.co.uk quoting your order number, your name, address and telephone number, together with details of the product and the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights and advise on how to proceed.
